Have Questions? Call Us Today! 757-239-0339

Our guidance helps you begin processing your VA Claims and Benefits.

Our services begin with a call from Miss Rean. While on the call, we will invite you to share the things you wish to claim from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). We shall ask you questions regarding your time serving in the armed forces and the situation concerning your disability. Throughout the call, we shall guide you on filing your VA claim, including your VA compensation examinations and expectations.

At the end of the call, we will let you decide if you wish to avail yourself of our consulting services. We will ask you to send your name, branch, and separation date. You will receive a text containing the deposit details discussed during the call. Once we receive your deposit, one of our team members will contact you to schedule your completion of the intake form.

During the intake completion call, we will thoroughly discuss and review the disabilities you discussed during our initial call. We will also advise you to add any additional problems you wish to include in your VA claim.

Afterward, we will ask you to send or bring all your pertinent medical records, statements for support, and other requested documents at 4240 Portsmouth Blvd Suite 438, Chesapeake, VA 23321.

You can drop off your documents or pick up a correspondence at the following schedules:

Monday – Friday: 9 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm

Upon receipt, please physically sign your documents and send them to us immediately.

After receiving your records, we shall facilitate a thorough assessment and review of all the diagnoses you stated and verify their relevance for disability compensation. Once we finish the evaluation, you will receive a review, and we will ask you to call us for further discussion. During our call, we will discuss all the disabilities perceived to be warranted in your case and additional diagnoses you may add to your claim. Upon reaching an agreement (and your records of supporting documents align with your diagnoses), we will upload your documents to your VA file, including your claim. Please expect a call from the QTC, LHI, or VES about scheduling your compensation exams.

Once you have your compensation exam appointment, you must follow the instructions you receive from the MSS. We invite you to contact Miss Moore to review what to expect during your exam.

Upon completing the exam, you will gain an award notification on your VA.gov account. You will also receive your official award letter from the VA at the address you stated on your file. By this time, we would like to congratulate you and give you a genuine THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
